The faculty mentors’ research programs cover multiple biological organisms, systems, and problems, ranging across evolutionary genetics, animal behavior, computational neuroscience, functional genomics, biological networks, molecular biology of aging, computer vision and visualization, developmental robustness, and regulation of immunity. The mentors currently have a combined annual research funding base of over $20 million in direct costs this year, offering a strong foundation to support our interdisciplinary training program.
